This morning we went for our usual walk about 3 miles when we returned men were working on our street. Thought nothing of it till the water was shut off. We learned they broke a water line. We have been without water for 6 hours. We shouldn't complain because those poor families in South Carolina that were flooded and lost everything. To much water or no water-- what would you want?
Also yesterday we helped in Fredrick, MD with the luncheon for new missionary training. Always fun and rewarding. That night we met with our branch president to discuss our progress with member lessons we are teaching. We are making slow progress and try so hard. We must not get discouraged because it is his work. With him all things are possible.
Over the course of our stay here in Maryland I have written down all the grocery stores or markets I've visited. They vary a lot on what they carry, prices for items and really strange brands. Below are some of the names I've written down. You will recognize several of them.
Food lion. Food King. Shoppers
Mars. Aldi Save a lot
Giant. Safeways. Target
Shoprite. Green valley. Laulers
Walmart. Wegman
amazing store I have ever been in for food.
